We have all of your cheese needs right here at our shop on Main Street in downtown Baker City.  Discover traditional cheese from all over the world, at its finest.  Fresh cut from the wheel, a hunk just for you!  We select the best accompaniment such as fine meats, whole pit olives, almonds, olive oils, balsamic and so much more.  Enjoy our tasting plates at the shop with a glass of Copper Belt Wine from the adjoining Copper Belt Winery Tasting Room if you have time to spare.
